Mold Testing
We are now offering mold testing for all homes. Available as an add-on to an inspection as well as a stand-alone service. The presence of mold can cause structural damage, and unsightly odors and can negatively affect the air quality in your home.

A limited mold inspection is generally performed as a direct result of an existing concern for mold growth, or conditions conducive to mold growth in a specific area of a home.
The limited mold inspection does not include a visual examination of the entire building, but is limited to a specific area of the building identified and described by the inspector. As a result, moisture intrusion, water damage, musty odors, apparent mold growth, or conditions conducive to mold growth in other areas of the building may not be inspected.
The limited mold inspection will involve the collection of air or swab samples from the affected area of the home. Mold growth, conditions conducive to mold growth, and laboratory results (where applicable) will be reported.
Limited mold inspection cost will range from $350-$600 depending on the size of the area to be inspected. -
A complete mold inspection will include a look at the entire home, interior, and exterior. Air or surface sampling will be performed as needed, in keeping with the IAC2 standards of practice. Mold growth, conditions conducive to mold growth, and laboratory results will be reported.
Complete Mold inspection cost will range from $550-$750 depending on the size of the home.
Radon Testing
We use the most advanced radon detection system, providing detailed reports of radon concentrations in your home. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer after cigarette smoking. Ensure the air in your home is safe to breathe!
